Subscription and Bundle Policy

Certain products sold by FightersFocus may be available through a recurring subscription or as part of a product bundle. This policy explains how subscriptions and bundle orders may be changed or canceled.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you agree to receive recurring deliveries based on the specified frequency at checkout.

Your payment information will be stored securely by our payment and subscription providers. Unless you cancel or modify your subscription, your selected payment method will be charged automatically before each scheduled delivery.

Subscription pricing, discounts, products, and delivery frequencies will be shown at checkout. Subscription discounts apply only while the subscription remains active and may not be combined with certain other promotions unless otherwise stated.

You may manage your subscription at any time through your FightersFocus customer account or through the subscription management link included in your order confirmation and subscription emails.

Depending on the available settings, you may be able to:

• Update your payment method

• Update your shipping address

• Cancel your subscription

Subscription changes or cancellations must be completed before the next order has been processed. Once a recurring order has been processed, charged, or sent to fulfillment, we cannot guarantee that it can be changed or canceled.

Canceling a subscription prevents future recurring orders. It does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been processed.

FightersFocus reserves the right to change subscription pricing, product availability, or subscription terms. When required, customers will be notified before material changes take effect.

Product Bundles

FightersFocus may offer products as fixed bundles, mix-and-match bundles, build-your-own stacks, or promotional bundle offers.

Bundle pricing and discounts are based on purchasing the required products together. Individual products within a bundle cannot always be removed, exchanged, or canceled separately after the order has been placed.

If a bundle order has not yet entered fulfillment, contact us as soon as possible to request a change or cancellation. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order is submitted.

Once a bundle order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. Any return or refund request will be handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.

Unless otherwise stated, all products included in a bundle must be returned together, unopened and in their original condition, to qualify for a full bundle refund. If only part of a bundle is returned, any bundle discount may be removed and the refund may be recalculated using the regular individual prices of the products kept by the customer.

Products included as free gifts, promotional items, or discounted bundle add-ons may also need to be returned. If they are not returned, their retail or promotional value may be deducted from the refund.

Bundle availability, product combinations, pricing, and discounts are subject to change and may be discontinued at any time.

Returns and Refunds

Canceling a subscription is separate from requesting a return or refund.
